Contact lists that customers upload, and the emails sent to those contacts, are processed on the customer's behalf. For that data, we act as a Data Processor and the customer acts as the Data Controller under GDPR. Recipients who want to know how their data is used should contact the business that emailed them; we will help that business respond.
Every marketing email sent through Mailer Mark includes a way to unsubscribe or opt out. Recipients can always unsubscribe, and opt-outs are honoured automatically.

We use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to understand how visitors use our website — for example which pages are visited and how people find us.
